Job Description Summary
As a Bookkeeper To Trial Balance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our company.
Your key responsibilities will include performing the full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance (TB), processing all transactions on Sage evolution, and managing bank reconciliations and other necessary reconciliations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Perform the full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance (TB).
- Process all transactions on Sage evolution.
- Manage bank reconciliations and other necessary reconciliations.
- Load supplier invoices and manage VAT.
- Prepare books of account for audit purposes and liaise directly with auditors.
- Manage and resolve audit queries efficiently.
- Supervise admin staff.
Matric is a minimum requirement.
Tertiary education is advantageous.
A manufacturing background is preferred.
