Security Checker

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Security Checker to join our team at The Building Company. As a Security Checker, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our goods and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough checks of all goods leaving the premises to prevent theft and ensure accurate inventory.
• Verify sales and returns documentation to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Ensure credit customers sign proof of delivery notes and cash customers have paid for goods.
• Report any suspicious behavior to management immediately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including arriving on time and completing vehicle checks.
• Manage boom movement and complete the visitors book daily.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 1 year of relevant experience in a hardware or security-related field
