A key responsibility of this role is to track manufacturing progress at partner factories in China, communicate with suppliers to ensure production timelines are met, and report on production delays and assist in resolving bottlenecks.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to work with international suppliers, manage multiple tasks, and be comfortable working across different time zones.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Production & Supplier Coordination:
    • Track manufacturing progress at partner factories in China
    • Communicate with suppliers to ensure production timelines are met
    • Report on production delays and assist in resolving bottlenecks
  • Client Design Brief & Specification Development:
    • Assist in interpreting client design briefs for various projects
    • Work with the Project Manager to translate design requirements into clear production specifications
    • Ensure specification briefs are accurately documented and communicated to suppliers
  • Cost Estimation & Client Quotations:
    • Prepare cost estimates and quotations to clients based on project requirements
    • Analyse budget allocations and production costs to ensure cost efficiency and competitiveness
    • Assist in negotiating pricing with vendors while maintaining margins
