Main Accountabilities:

  2. HR Process Documentation: Understand and document HR processes and workflows to create effective solutions within SAP SuccessFactors that enhance HR operations.
  3. System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, ensuring that it is up-to-date and running efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues within SAP SuccessFactors. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain optimal performance of the organisation's HR systems.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with a strong focus on Employee Central Time Off module configuration and customisation.
  • Proven experience in HR processes and workflows with the ability to map business processes into system configurations effectively.
