Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Building Site Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop and implement project plans
  • Monitor and control project budgets, resources, and timelines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in high-rise buildings, medical projects, and live environment projects
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
