Key Responsibilities

As a Capital Projects Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that goods and services are procured in alignment with project timelines.

Key responsibilities include compiling accurate tender specifications and documents, facilitating the entire tender process until conclusion, and managing project-specific briefing sessions for suppliers.

You will also be responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy of rates and validity of contracts, providing inputs to policies, procedures, and templates, and enhancing the internal control environment, risk management, and governance.
