Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse at Murambi House Inc as HospiHomes CC, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and support to our residents in Wynberg. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in nursing, with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring that our residents receive the attention and support they need. You will be responsible for leading a team of Carers and working closely with them to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Apart from your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is able to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be invaluable in this role, as well as your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
• Lead a team of Carers and work closely with them to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive care.

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse qualification with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
