Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at NDC Personnel & Contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and quality control, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a Quality Control team, ensuring compliance with customer product quality specifications and food safety policies. They will play a crucial role in maintaining and continuously improving the Food Safety Management System, reviewing and investigating customer complaints, and assisting with corrective action plans. Additionally, they will ensure that all factory documentation is controlled and accurate, while conducting ongoing risk evaluations and GMP reviews.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with both internal and external customers. They will also have experience or knowledge of low care/high care regimes with HACCP/FSSC22000 standards, and demonstrate excellent time management, problem-solving orientation, and a methodical approach to planning and coordinating quality processes.
