We are seeking an experienced National Sales Lead Clothing and Textiles to join our sales team. As a National Sales Lead Clothing and Textiles, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience leading and managing a sales team across various territories, preferably in the textile/clothing industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth is essential.
This full-time onsite role is located in Bellville and offers a competitive salary between R50k - R75k (negotiable) CTC, fuel incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and addressing any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
