About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, quantity surveying, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction/Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field and be proficient in MS Excel and project management software.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Management: Ensure compliance with JBCC, FIDIC, and EPC contracts by handling negotiations, variations, and legal processes. Review EPC contracts to align design, construction, and specifications with client expectations.
Sub-contractor Management & Claims Processes: Manage sub-contractor relationships and claims processes, ensuring all claims are accurately vetted, negotiated, and aligned with contractual obligations.
Supplier Agreements: Oversee drafting and negotiation of supplier agreements, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and performance of suppliers.
Project & Cost Control: Develop budgets and monitor project costs, identifying savings and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Procurement & Supplier Coordination: Source materials and manage suppliers, optimizing costs associated with procurement.
Project Execution & Risk Management: Oversee project teams and ensure quality of execution, mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and senior management, reviewing reports from Project Managers regarding budgets and timelines.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, quantity surveying, or a related field
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction/Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
- Expertise in JBCC, FIDIC, and EPC contracts
- Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and compliance
- Knowledge of Solar PV and electrical systems (advantageous)
- Strong leadership skills and financial management experience
- Risk assessment experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project management software
- Qualification in Civil Engineering is beneficial
- Experience in Solar PV within the C&I and electrical sector is a plus.
