As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing project development from inception to deployment, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. They will also possess the ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, making crucial decisions on product functionality, design, and features while balancing client needs with technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage project development from inception to deployment, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the development team, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop and prioritize product backlogs, incorporating client feedback and business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and a Scrum Master to plan and oversee the Agile/Scrum development process.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in software development projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience in managing projects developed with Laravel and Flutter is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
