Managed People Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Hybrid Sales Consultant to fill the role in the Eastern Cape, Port Elizabeth region.
Key Responsibilities- Call Execution: Effectively execute call procedures according to SOP on pre, during, and post-call procedures.
- Sales Levers: Execute sales levers at outlet according to SOP and customer call procedure.
- Inventory Management: Collect, capture, and maintain accuracy of all wines listed on all wine lists in your sales area as per the wine list database SOP.
- Stock Allocation: Manage stock allocation as per RSM requirements and stock allocation report.
- Expense Reporting: Submit all expense reports on time as per SOP.
- Call Logging: Log all calls and capture interaction with customers on the handheld device as per SOP and RSM requirements.
- New Product Introduction: Carry out new product introduction, vintage changes, and upliftment procedure as per SOP.
- Client Trade Visits: Perform client trade visits as per the RSM's requirements and according to SOP.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver customer satisfaction by call cycle management, effective planning of the call cycle as per contact and coverage SOP, and prioritizing competing demands.
- Training Needs: Identify and execute training needs of the customer according to a training plan.
