Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Administrator Assistant to join our team at Performit Personnel.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Estates Manager, ensuring the smooth liquidation and distribution of deceased estates. This role requires a strong understanding of estate planning, administration, and law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the drafting of Wills and the administration of Will Trusts and Trusts.
  • Liaise with family members regarding estate and trust matters.
  • Manage the completion of required forms and documents, including those related to Master of the High Court and SARS.
  • Coordinate the sale or transfer of assets, such as shares and fixed property.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A sound knowledge of estate planning, administration, and law.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
