  • Support Sales Representatives: Collaborate with sales representatives to improve customer service through in-field visits and assistance with client management.
  • Maintain Customer Base: Foster strong relationships with existing customers by attending to their needs and promoting the Deli Spices brand.
  • Independence (Finance): Contribute to achieving set trading targets, introduce new product promotions, and support in-store promotions.
  • Customer Centricity: Build key customer relationships by implementing regular call cycles and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Promotions & Demonstration: Introduce all Deli Spices product promotions to customers and provide support during in-store demonstrations.
  • Store Openings: Be actively involved in store openings and ensure a smooth transition process.
  • Market Feedback: Provide valuable insights on market trends, pricing, and product performance to senior sales representatives and sales coordinators.
  • People: Align yourself with the company's performance-driven culture, adhere to the MANE Code of Ethics, and uphold the Value System.
  • Process: Establish direct business relationships with key stakeholders, implement regular call cycles, and utilize the Telesmart system to ensure accurate order tracking.
  • Cold Calling: Engage in cold calling activities, including proposal development and meeting potential clients to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: Embody the Code of Ethics, participate in Group wellness and CSR activities, and support the SHEQ and OHS landscape across the group.
  • VALUES, ETHICS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Demonstrate ability to operate in a privately owned and managed entity, maintain ethical behavior to achieve business results, and prioritize sustainability for business continuity.
  • QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS LEVEL: Possess a Matric Certificate or related qualification, 2-3 years of experience in a similar field, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with SYSPRO and Meet and Butchery or Home Meal Replacement industry knowledge being advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate/ Hospitality Management/ BSc Consumer Science/Food Tech Diploma or food-related qualification.
  • 2 - 3 years working experience within a similar field.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word and MS Excel will be advantageous.
  • SYSPRO working experience would be advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of the Meet and Butchery or Home Meal Replacement industry will be advantageous.
