Industrialisation and Localisation Leader

At E-Merge, we're looking for an experienced IT professional to fill the role of Industrialisation and Localisation Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a feature team in cooperation with the Delivery Manager to fulfil prioritised requirements using agile methodologies. They will also forecast and plan for resources, infrastructure, training, and licenses for the team in coordination with the Delivery Manager.

We're seeking someone with strong leadership skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and technical systems, as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

  • A relevant IT or business degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years' experience in the IT industry
  • 3 years' experience in an IT team lead environment
  • Experience in the automotive industry advantageous

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Delivery Manager of the department to steer and support the feature team from a technical point of view. You'll also collaborate with Business and IT Sub-Product Owners and colleagues across multiple products and countries.
