Position Overview

RoomRaccoon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our all-in-one hotel management system, providing professional support to hoteliers via multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in Dutch, and 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or technical role. They should also be familiar with technical systems and have strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Deliver top-notch customer support to hoteliers via email, phone, online forums, and other communication channels.
  • Assess queries and escalate them to internal teams when necessary.
  • Meet daily and weekly engagement metrics to achieve set targets for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Implementations Team to ensure seamless transitions of client accounts to support.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent Dutch language proficiency.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or technical role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
