Job Responsibilities:
As an Associate Director, you will lead client engagements, identify growth opportunities, and manage expatriate tax programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring tax compliance for expatriates, advising on residency, double tax treaties, and foreign tax credits.
- Optimizing salary structures, tax equalization, and mobility policies for multinational clients.
- Managing SARS audits, tax disputes, voluntary disclosures, and compliance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A BCom Accounting or SAIT/SAICA accreditation.
- A post-graduate degree in taxation.
- No less than 10 years of experience in taxation.
- 8-10 years of experience in the audit, consulting space.
- Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred.
