About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Documentations Expert to join our team in Diepsloot. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for our products and services.

This includes user manuals, installation guides, and other technical documents.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical writing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of HTML and other web technologies
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
