Your Expertise:

  • 10+ years of hands-on GRC experience, with at least 5 years in consulting
  • Proven track record of implementing successful GRC programmes
  • International compliance experience highly valued
  • Deep understanding of relevant legislation and standards: e.g., Data Protection (POPIA/PAIA/GDPR), Financial Crime (FICA/POCA/PRECCA/POCDATARA), Governance (Companies Act, King Reports)
  • Experience in developing and delivering GRC training programmes from Board level to employee level

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree: Com (Law/Risk Management/Internal Audit), LLB, or equivalent or Post-Graduate Diploma in Compliance Management (University of Johannesburg)
  • CPrac(SA) and/or AMLC Prac(SA) designation (Required at a minimum)
  • Active membership with the Compliance Institute (Southern Africa)
  • IRMSA membership (advantageous)
