SHEQ Superintendent Job Description

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Superintendent to lead the safety, health, environment, and quality aspects of our mining operations in the North-West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective SHEQ management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate them.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide training and guidance to employees on SHEQ matters.
  • Collaborate with different departments to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Degree/National Diploma in Safety Management
  • 5 years' experience in the mining industry
  • Valid driver's license
