The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and be able to effectively manage service appointments, ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently, coordinating with workshop and parts departments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance.
- Grade 12 (Matric) + position-related qualification or certificate advantageous.
- Computer literacy, with experience using Autoline or similar dealership software beneficial.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver's license required.
