  1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Establish a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals.
  2. Content Management: Ensure all content created is accurate and error-free by proofreading promotional materials, social media, digital and all other marketing elements.
  3. Digital Platform Management: Responsible for the following digital platforms:
    1. Website maintenance.
    2. Ensure optimal chatbot functionality.
    3. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
    4. Google Analytics and Google AdWords (paid search and display network campaigns).
    5. Google My Business (localisation).
    6. Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on all digital marketing activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to determine the success of digital marketing activities, make recommendations to optimise the company's digital marketing efforts and return on investment.
  5. Websites and SEO: Continually optimise the company website, social media pages and search engine optimisation (SEO) to generate quality leads and drive conversions.
  6. Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure objectives are reached within budget parameters.
  7. Trend Analysis: Identify new trends and technologies in digital marketing and recommend adoption of those most beneficial.
  8. Competitor Research: Ensure that the company's products/services remain at the forefront of digital advertising by conducting research, including competitor and industry analysis and report on insights and learnings.
  9. Social Media Content: Develop relevant social media content, both paid and organic, aligned to the overall marketing strategy and campaign briefs.
  10. Community Management: Responsible for community management.
  11. Stakeholder Communication: Assist the Head of Marketing with external stakeholders to ensure that partnered marketing campaigns are executed effectively.
  12. Vendor Management: Checking and approving relevant supplier invoices and reconciliations.
  13. Quote Submission: Submitting quotes and invoices for approval.
  14. System Updates: Ensuring the necessary systems are updated with the most up-to-date piece of marketing material.
