Clinical Research Training Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to oversee the development and implementation of training programs for an international clinical research company.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of clinical research professionals, aligning with GCP guidelines and company policies.
- Develop and update training curriculums, including e-learning modules and in-person workshops, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, facilitating workshops on clinical protocols, research ethics, and compliance.
- Ensure all training meets industry-specific regulations, track employee certifications, and prepare for external audits.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, updating materials as needed.
- Manage a team of training coordinators and collaborate with HR, clinical operations, and quality assurance teams to align training with organizational needs.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and certifications, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field (required). An advanced degree in Education, Training, or a related field is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience developing and delivering training programs, ideally in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
- Proven experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training and familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulations.
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and creating e-learning modules is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research and regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA, and health authority guidelines in Africa.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
