Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Dante Personnel in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debt recovery processes, communicating with clients and customers, and providing excellent customer service.

• Manage debt recovery processes from initial contact to final settlement.
• Communicate effectively with clients and customers to resolve disputes and negotiate payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of debt recovery cases.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Pastel.
• Strong computer skills and excellent technical abilities.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Afrikaans.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Own transport required.

R40,000 - R60,000 per month, depending on experience.
