**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team as a Financial Services Manager. As a key member of our client's management team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and review financial statements, regulatory filings, and other financial reports;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' accounts and investments;
  • Develop and implement effective cash management strategies;
  • Provide timely and accurate quarterly management accounts and debtors' control;
  • Support the Director(s) in implementing corporate secretarial issues and maintaining a respected profile in the local community;
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration;
  • Conduct regular reviews of insurance documentation and recommend updates as necessary;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant anti-money laundering legislation and maintain confidentiality of client information;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as required;
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed;
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, working effectively under pressure to deliver high-quality results.

**Requirements:**

  • Professional membership or affiliation with a reputable accounting body;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the finance industry;
  • Proven track record of delivering successful financial projects and initiatives;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Fluent Italian language skills (written and verbal).
