Requirements

  • Experience managing a team of 600+ people, with a proven track record of leadership and team development.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance, and performance management principles.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions, including marketing, PR, sales, and operations.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Demonstrable competency in managing multiple brands, with a proven track record of brand enhancement and portfolio management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing offshore businesses, with a proven track record of success.
  • An understanding of tender processes and the ability to navigate complex business environments.
Qualifications and Experience

CA(SA), MBA, or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Relevant experience as a CEO or similar executive position of a large retail business is essential.
