Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role
This key position involves preparing high-quality chocolate products in accordance with our specifications, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met at all times. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that every chocolate item meets our exceptional standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare chocolate products as specified by the Maitre Chocolatier, adhering to strict food safety protocols.
  • Check the cleanliness of the chocolate shop before each shift starts and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Produce a range of chocolate decorations, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Inspect materials and refrigerators to maintain optimal temperature and condition.
  • Collect daily supplies from the F&B store, managing inventory effectively.
  • Handle allergens safely, catering to guests' specific dietary requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks on all chocolate items, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Comply with international HACCP standards and follow all food safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, minimizing waste and food spoilage.

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year's work experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
  • High school graduation or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a hotel establishment or cruise line is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Food Safety/HACCP is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a productive team environment.
