Main Responsibilities- To create a positive and motivating environment for members, inspiring them to achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Design and deliver engaging fitness programs and workshops that cater to diverse needs and preferences.
- Provide expert guidance and support to members, helping them set and achieve their fitness objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that our fitness programs and services remain innovative and relevant.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional member experiences.
- A Matric qualification and an industry-recognized fitness certification are required.
- Minimum 6 months' experience in the fitness industry is preferred.
- First Aid qualification with AED certification is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build trust and rapport with members.
