Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of commercial building projects from inception to completion. This includes developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage resources and subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
- Provide regular project updates and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Registered with the SACPCMP (Pr.CPM/ PMP advantageous).
- A working knowledge of typical construction contracts.
- Proficiency in project management software.
