Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  2. Provide expert advice on medical aids, medical insurance, and gap cover, helping clients make informed decisions
  3. Assist clients with the application process, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption
  4. Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise solutions
  5. Present year-end and ad hoc client information, highlighting key findings and recommendations
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for growth and drive business development
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends and provider amendments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree in Administration, Investments, Financial Planning Law, Financial Sciences, or Investment Management
  • Proven experience in benefits administration and client services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in Employee Benefits/Healthcare
  • FAIS/FICA compliance
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, and at least one other official South African language
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Recommended qualifications:
  • RE5 certification
