Company Overview

PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at the Worcester Bakery in the Western Cape.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Millwright to perform planned maintenance on machinery and equipment, install and commission new equipment, and use fault-finding skills on programmed logical control circuits (PLCs). The successful candidate will also be responsible for fitting, inspecting, testing, and repairing Main Control Centre (MCC), circuits, wiring systems, and electrical equipment. Additionally, they will execute pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs and dismantle, fit, and assemble machinery and parts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on industrial equipment maintenance
  • Technical Trade N3 qualification or equivalent
  • A sound understanding of AIB and FSSC 22000 standards and OSHA regulations
