We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at CHART COOLER SVC CO INC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Assist in developing improvement processes to reduce unnecessary quality issues and rectification.
  • Prepare, review, approve, monitor and control quality control plans to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
  • Conduct annual internal and supplier audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with inspection and testing of work in progress to ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO INSTIL CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE IN HOWDEN PROCESSES, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
  • Carry out quality training of personnel to create quality awareness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyse data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor quality assurance/quality control personnel.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management or a related field.
  • Accredited lead auditor on ISO 9001 quality management systems.
