As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with other developers (sometimes on your own, sometimes in a team) to help deliver solutions. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining the required data processes and structure to enable operations, creating customized branded look and feel for end user extraction, and ensuring consistent quality delivery of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for automating reports and pulling information from various online platforms.
  • You will own the data integration for all aspects of the business and partners.
  • You will use Power BI or similar analytics tools to view information for business decision-making.
  • You will understand business processes, e.g., member changes.
  • You will provide services as an expert in the business processes.
  • You will assist business analysts to map and document processes.
  • You will perform post-development testing, implementations, and tracking thereof.
  • You will ensure that coding is rolled out as accurately and efficiently as possible.
  • You will maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

Your Expertise:

  • You have 5 years of relevant business operations experience.
  • You have exposure to various programming languages (.Net C#, MVC, Forms) and patterns (MVC, n-Tier, etc.) which will be an advantage but not necessary.
  • You are proficient in SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS data warehouse.
  • You have skills in design, UML / ERD, flow design / DFD, listening, thinking, and learning.
  • You have passion for programming and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • You possess complex problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and expertise in Microsoft tools, Microsoft Planner, Power BI.

Qualifications:

  • You hold a BCom degree or BA in Finance.
  • You have Microsoft Data Engineering and Data Analysis certification.
  • You have Microsoft DevOps certification.
