Fixed Rig Reality Show Producer Job Description

Cowshed Collective ltd is seeking an experienced Fixed Rig Reality Show Producer to join our team for a new reality TV production. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing temptation-based storylines, ensuring dynamic and engaging content that drives character development and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

The Fixed Rig Reality Show Producer will work closely with the editorial team to create engaging storylines that maximize entertainment value. Key responsibilities include:

  • Temptation Design & Execution: Develop creative and impactful temptation moments that challenge contestants and drive compelling narratives.
  • Story Development: Collaborate with the editorial team to shape contestant arcs and ensure storylines are engaging.
  • Contestant Management: Monitor participants' reactions to temptations and liaise with welfare teams as needed.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to react quickly and adapt storylines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in gallery environments and liaising with directors, story teams, and challenge producers is highly desirable.
