Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Skincare Advisor - Beauty Department to join our team at Clicks Riverview Shopping Centre. As a key member of our beauty department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our range of skincare products, and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert advice on skincare products to customers, ensuring they find the right solutions for their needs.
  2. Promote and effectively manage merchandise to drive sales and meet monthly targets.
  3. Maintain updated knowledge on all skincare products, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
  4. Execute operational activities within the beauty department, including efficient stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and ensuring excellent general housekeeping and administration.
  5. Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible, and offering a friendly and professional service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in retail, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong passion for skincare products.
