Our client, a leading manufacturer in Bloemfontein, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Professional to join their team. As a top-notch Millwright, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their factory.
About the Role:
- Plan and prioritize manufacturing activities to optimize productivity.
- Implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Lead a small team of technical assistants to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Recognized Millwright Trade Certificate.
- Multi-skilled in Fitting and Basic Electrical (through recognized apprenticeship).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial plants, with a proven track record.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation required.
- Strong understanding of SCADA and PLC systems.
