Job Description:
The Senior IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation, customer deployments, and continuous improvement of our development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with client-facing teams to gather, analyze, and track requirements for our solutions.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for implementation.
- Manage the software development team, removing obstacles, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Coordinate and oversee customer deployments, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Monitor project progress using agile methodologies and KPIs, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex software development projects.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred.
- Experience with Jira and its latest features.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading software development teams.
