We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our client, a leading Financial Services company, in the Hedge Fund Accounting space. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the pricing department and overseeing the day-to-day asset administration of local and offshore portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and management leadership in fund accounting, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Manage all deadlines and deliverables in the end-to-end process, from trade cycle to dissemination of the finalized NAV.
  • Implement extra controls and optimize processes to minimize errors and improve efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the fund accounting team, identifying training and development needs to ensure continuity in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to minimize risk and streamline processes affecting the department.
  • Adhere to TCF principles and review and sign off fund distributions, corporate event checks, and quarterly reporting.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the financial services industry, with previous experience managing a team.
