About the Role

This position will play a critical role in providing finance management, analytics, and financial modelling support to our global marketing team. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will leverage your expertise in financial planning and analysis to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

You should have a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis principles and be able to apply them to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Provide financial management, analytics, and financial modelling support to the global marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strong decision-making within GTM finance and marketing teams.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or National diploma in finance or accounting or proven equivalent finance qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or similar roles that require financial planning and business partnering.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial planning and analysis processes that drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial modelling tools such as MS Excel and financial planning software.
