">Your Responsibilities

- Support Behavioral Health Providers and Psychiatric Providers in a team-based setting, extending the reach of behavioral health services through screening and connecting patients to appropriate resources and levels of care.">
- Evaluate patient needs and provide consistently high-quality care, ensuring seamless integration with other healthcare services.">
- Able to effectively perform Medical Assistant tasks and procedures in a primary care clinic setting.">
- Complete qualification of the MA Certification course within a year of hire.">
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide integrated care consultation and deliver direct integrated behavioral health services through a team-based care model.">
