Senior Construction Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in the multi-disciplinary industry. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including contract negotiation, project planning, budget management, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budget management, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • C coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Manage project resources and team members to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Ensure all safety regulations and quality standards are met on all project sites.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a multi-disciplinary industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and background.
