  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking VIP players.
  • Ensuring all cultural sensitivities and preferences are respected in service delivery.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create seamless experiences for VIP clients.
  • Representing our company at VIP events, providing on-the-ground support and ensuring player satisfaction.
  • Staying up to date on luxury trends, travel preferences, and lifestyle insights relevant to high-end clients.
  • Handling player inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements: What We're Looking For:
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) – this is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in VIP client services, hospitality, iGaming, or luxury goods industries.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with influential individuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of Chinese culture, customs, and business etiquette.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate VIP client schedules.
