  • Supply Chain Planning:

    • Manage E&O by proposing and implementing action plans to clear Excess and Obsolete stock
    • Analyze stock levels and communicate with the MSL on long-term issues like capacity and demand gaps
    • Define stock and supply parameters to achieve service rate, cost, and global targeted stock objectives
  • Demand Planning:
    • Owning catalogue management and contributing to its rationalization
    • Managing the accuracy and quality of sales forecasts
    • Developing baseline forecasts and challenging and consolidating promotions and launch sales forecasts from the Sales and Marketing teams
    • Ensuring global sales forecast consistency by building consensus between commercial forecasts, financial trends, and sales history
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Maintaining, creating, and monitoring the accuracy of Masterdata for the Division
    • Collaborating effectively with the Demand Planner for the Division
    Requirements:
    • A highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a passion for optimizing supply chain processes
    • A strong understanding of demand planning and forecasting methodologies, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
