Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Provincial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Provincial Office, including coordinating the Provincial Manager's diary, providing secretarial support, and maintaining electronic and manual filing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the province.
  • Maintain provincial compliance reporting and support tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the provincial office.

Requirements:

  • Matric (NQF Level 4) and (NQF Level 5) certificate in Office Administration.
  • 2-3 years Office Administration experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office package.
