Job Title: Merchandising Specialist

Our client, a leading player in the fashion accessories and retail sector, is seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Specialist to join their dynamic team in Kimberley.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring space allocation and location are properly maintained and merchandised, with a focus on maximizing sales and product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding of the FMCG sector and the ability to work closely with sales representatives to achieve sales and space goals.

The role requires a high level of integrity, business ethics, and sound judgment, with the ability to meet or exceed all goals, duties, and responsibilities monthly.

The successful candidate will be required to perform physical tasks such as merchandising and traveling, with a focus on efficient skills in performing job duties and requirements.

The role also requires the ability to communicate effectively with management and provide feedback on overstocking and understocking.

The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 qualification and reside in Kimberley or within a 30km radius.
