About the Role:
Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year

At Salon Jean Paul, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Stylist to join our team. As a key member of our salon, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch services to clients, leading and mentoring junior stylists, and staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hairdressing and a commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for providing personalized consultations to clients, recommending suitable hairstyles, cuts, colors, and treatments based on their individual characteristics and desires. You will also perform a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, extensions, and hair treatments, ensuring precision and quality in all services to meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their hairstyle preferences, needs, and expectations.
• Hair Services: Perform a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, extensions, and hair treatments.
• Client Retention: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, personalized recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest hair and beauty trends, techniques, and products.
• Mentorship: Train, guide, and mentor junior stylists, assisting them in skill development, customer service, and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Stylist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
