We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Expert to join our team at Ikwezi Mining (Pty) Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts payable principles, processes, and best practices. They will be proficient in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation. Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is also essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, where you will be responsible for reconciling supplier statements, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of vendor accounts.

You will work closely with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for invoices and resolve any discrepancies. You will also be responsible for preparing and processing payment runs, ensuring compliance with payment terms and company policies.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

This is a senior role that requires 10 years of experience in accounts payable or creditors clerk role. You will be expected to stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations related to accounts payable processes.
