As a Commercial Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all site improvements, building alterations, new builds, design and floor planning, planning submissions and applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with the ability to compile project reports, capex forecasts, and expenditure reports. You will be responsible for managing a team of construction professionals to create floorplans and branch layouts for approval and implementation.

You will work closely with the operations and design team to scope branch branding requirements, fittings requirements, and new concepts for branches in terms of flow as well as look and feel. Your attention to detail and quality-focused approach will ensure that all construction compliance certificates are up-to-date and that all related certificates are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all site improvements, building alterations, new builds, design and floor planning, planning submissions and applications.
  • Compile project reports, capex forecasts, and expenditure reports.
  • Manage a team of construction professionals to create floorplans and branch layouts for approval and implementation.
  • Work closely with the operations and design team to scope branch branding requirements, fittings requirements, and new concepts for branches.
  • Ensure proper planning, forecasting, and scoping to determine magnitude of functions and resource, time, cost allocations.
  • Hands-on management of building contractors (plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, etc.) and close liaison with landlords.
