Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic Technician to join our team at Profile Personnel. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our diesel equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify worn and damaged parts
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel equipment, including engine, transmission, and hydraulic systems
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, including electrical and air conditioning systems
  • Verify vehicle performance through test drives and adjustments
  • Maintain accurate records of services and repairs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and cost-effective maintenance operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in diesel equipment maintenance and repair
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including engine, transmission, and hydraulic systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
