Air Products Field Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Kempton Park. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial facilities.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and machinery;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues;
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity;
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- A Matric certificate with Maths and Science or N3 qualification with technical subjects;
- A Red Seal Trade-Tested Artisan certification (preferably Millwright or Fitter);
- A proven record of Apprenticeship;
- Registration as an accredited SACGA gas installer;
- A valid unendorsed code 08 driver's license;
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years of electrical and/or mechanical maintenance work experience in an engineering environment in the Industrial or Chemical Industry;
- Cryogenic gas experience would be beneficial;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including the MS Office Suite;
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends;
- Capacity to travel extensively, both locally and internationally;
- Medical fitness to work at heights.
